Our promise to you:  We at A Blooming Gift Basket are committed to delivering beautiful, state of the art, designs in gift basket presentations, blooming with quality products.  Through constant efforts for continuous improvement, we research and reengineer our product presentations in order to deliver the most popular trends and ideas found in the gift basket industry.  If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with a gift selection, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will make it right, by sending a replacement, refunding or crediting your purchase. 

Substitutions
We attend trade shows often in order to design the most popular trends in the gift giving industry.  We will make every effort to create the exact design you have seen on the website.  Hot weather shipping compromises chocolate, therefore shipping chocolate will be substituted May through September. In the event a substitution must be made, due to ever changing inventory and designs, the substitute will be like in kind and of equal or greater value.  Be assured every design that carriers our name is created by a perfectionist and will follow under our Guarantee.

Returns
In the unfortunate event a gift should arrive damaged it should be returned in the original packaging for a carrier inspection.  If you have a need to return a gift, please call our customer service department within 7 days of delivery for a product return mailing address.

• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Debit cards.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery for the Greater Lexington Area
Residential or Commercial
Local orders placed for delivery in the Greater Lexington Area before 12:00pm EST will be delivered the same day.  Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will deliver the next business day.  Normal delivery times are Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm.  Saturday orders will be delivered on the following Monday.  We will deliver on Saturday during busy holiday seasons only.  Lexington Delivery charge is $8.00.  Multiple deliveries, 6 or more, made to a single address is a flat $15.oo charge.  Deliveries made when recipients are not at home, will be left in a secure covered area ie:  front / back porch, if available.  Otherwise the arrangement will be left at a neighbor’s house with a note on the recipient’s door explaining where the delivery is.  If this is not possible a second attempt will be made and charged accordingly.  We will make every attempt to deliver your arrangement on time.  Please make sure that you have the correct address when ordering, we really hate to recharge for corrected address deliveries not to mention the delayed delivery of your gift arrangement.

Delivery to Towns Surrounding Lexington
We hand deliver to Nicholasville, Versailles, Paris, Winchester and Georgetown at a $25.00 courier charge.  Multiple delivers in a single town will receive a volume discount at 2 or more.  Call for a rush quote.

Nationwide Shipping
Orders placed for shipping in the United States before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will ship the next business day.  Normal shipping times are Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm.  Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on the following Monday. We ship UPS unless you prefer another carrier, if you do please note in the comment section of your order.  Ground shipping is the most economical and preferred method.  Delivery charges for Ground range from $15 - $35 per package depending on the size and weight.  UPS also offers Next Day, 2nd Day 3 Day Select, Saturday and Critical Express shipping, call for a quote. In addition to the shipping, we charge a $5.00 handling and packing fee per package.  UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We can not guarantee shipments to hospitals or hotels.  Arrangements shipped to hospitals or hotels are routed to a receiving area before being delivered to the patient or guest room.  We will be more than happy to ship to their home or office.  During peak holiday times packages take longer in transit to reach their destination. Place your orders early for the holiday rush.

Gift Certificates for restaurants or retail establishments can be added to any arrangement.  There is a $10.00 pick up charge in addition to the amount of the Gift Certificate.
